Vacancy Details:

There are 200 vacancies for the position with 100 for Medical Attendant Training, 40 for Advanced Specialized Nursing Training, 10 for Hospital Administration Training, 5 for OT/ Anesthesia Assistant Training, 20 for Critical Care Nursing Training, 3 for Advanced Physiotherapy Training, 3 for Radiographer Training, 6 for Data Entry Operator/ Medical Transcription Training, 10 for Medical Lab. Technician Training and 3 for Pharmacist Training.

Educational Qualifications:

The interested applicant must hold the following educational qualification.

• Medical Attendant Training: Standard 10th or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced Specialized Nursing Training: completed the General Nursing and Midwifery Diploma exams at accredited nursing schools in Odisha or at institutions managed by SAIL Plant Units, OR achieved a B.Sc. in nursing from a recognized university. Nursing Council has granted a certificate of registration.
• Hospital Administration Training: Graduated with a degree or diploma in hospital management or administration, such as an MBA, BBA, or PG diploma.
• OT/ Anesthesia Assistant Training: Passed the Intermediate Exam from a reputable Council. Must have successfully completed a one-year hospital attendant or anesthesia attendant training program at a reputable institute or hospital.
• Critical Care Nursing Training: Either a bachelor’s degree in nursing or a diploma in general nursing and midwifery from a recognised nursing institution in Odisha administered by a SAIL plant unit. An official registration certificate has been issued by the Nursing Council.
  Applicants must have completed a one-year ASNT training program, or have previously completed an ASNT training program from a reputable hospital or institute, and they must have at minimum one year of patient care experience to qualify.

• Advanced Physiotherapy Training: Completed the General Nursing and Midwifery Diploma exams at accredited nursing schools in Odisha or at schools managed by SAIL Plant Units, OR obtained a B.Sc. in nursing from a recognized university. By the Nursing Council, a certificate of registration was issued.
• Radiographer Training: Obtained a Medical Radiation Technology Diploma through a Government-Recognized Institution.
• Data Entry Operator/ Medical Transcription Training: The candidate must possess a PGDCA from an approved university and at least an Intermediate (10+2) degree. Applicants with higher qualifications will receive preference.

• Medical Lab. Technician Training: Completed the Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) program at an organization recognized by the government.
• Pharmacist Training: A government-recognized institution must have given either a B. Pharmacy or a passed Pharmacy Diploma.

Selection Procedure:

The decision will be made based on a personal interview. Eligible applicants may appear for the interview on the designated date and time. The interview location, date, and time will be notified to the qualified applicants through SMS.

Application Fee:

The applicant is not required to make any payments.

Age Criteria:

For the position of Trainee Posts, the age bracket should be between 18 to 35 years

Pay Scale:
