The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will hold the IBPS PO 2022 Exam to choose qualified candidates for the position of Probationary Officer in various public sector banks in India. The IBPS PO exam has been held annually since 2011, and the 12th edition will take place in 2022. The 11 public sector banks will choose candidates for the IBPS CRP PO/MT CRP-XII 2022. The IBPS PO 2022 online registration procedure opened on August 2, 2022, and will remain open through August 22, 2022.

Vacancy Details:
For FY 2022–2022, IBPS has published 6432 openings for Probationary Officer positions, for 11 participating banks.Along with the announcement of the IBPS PO Vacancies, the official notification for IBPS PO 2022 was made on August 1st.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree: A graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognised by the Government of India is the prerequisite for the IBPS CRP exam (BA, BCom, BSc, B.Tech, or equivalent).. Applicants with equivalent degrees recognized by the Central Government are also suitable to apply for this exam.

The applicants must specify their percentage of graduation marks when registering for the IBPS Bank-PO test and must have a current Mark-sheet or Degree Certificate that verifies their graduation status on the day they register for the exam.
Computer Knowledge: For the job and the online IBPS PO exam, working knowledge of computer systems is mandatory.
Language: The State/official UT’s language should be spoken and written with competencyThe applicant must be fluent in that language both orally and in writing.
Selection Method:
A candidate must pass each of the three phases in order to advance to the next level of the IBPS PO selection process (preliminary, mains, and interview).
• Preliminary Examination: IBPS selects a sufficient number of applicants for each category based on the criteria for the online main examination.
• Mains Examination: In order to be qualified for an interview, applicants must pass both the sectional cutoff and the main exam final cutoff.
•Interview: With the assistance of IBPS, the participating organizations will arrange the interview, which will be organized by the central bank within every state or UT.
•Final Result: The Final Result is based on the applicant’s overall performance in the IBPS PO Mains and Interview Rounds.
•Provisional Allotment: The official website makes the qualifying candidate’s provisional allotment available to the public.
Application Fee:
A candidate must be at least 20 years old and not more than 30 at the time of registration if they plan to take the IBPS PO test. According to government laws, applicants may also submit an application for an age relaxation depending on their category.

The application fee for SC/ST/PWD applicants is Rs 175 which only includes the intimation charges only and the General category and others have to pay Rs. 850 which includes the application fee along with intimation charges. For more information go through the official notification.

Pay Scale:
An IBPS Probationary Officer’s base pay ranges from Rs. 52,000 to Rs. 55,000, plus various incentives including special allowances and dearness allowances. Based on the compensation revision, a PO’s starting base pay is Rs. 36,000.

Steps to Register for IBPS PO 2022
Step 1:Applicants who are interested in taking the test must submit an online application. Applicants would have to provide their documentation in addition to a self-declaration form (available in the IBPS Notification).
Step 2:An applicant must upload their photograph, signature, and left thumbprint. A handwritten declaration that complies with the Guidelines for Scanning and Uploading of Documents’ requirements (Annexure III).
Step 3:The application process would be finished after the required paperwork was submitted and the fee was paid.
